Job summary

Lynch Family Companies is seeking a Help Desk Technician to act as the first point of contact for IT support. You will resolve basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues, manage user accounts, and assist with Microsoft 365 applications.

The role requires clear communication and the ability to document resolutions in the ticketing system. You will support Windows 11 workstations, handle AMC requests, and escalate more complex problems to senior IT staff, while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of help desk or technical support experience.
• Basic understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory and basic networking.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Perform user account management in Active Directory (password resets, unlocks, group updates).
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Office).
• Document all support activity in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
