Job summary

SBH Health System seeks an experienced IT Support specialist to provide rapid end-user assistance for hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows and macOS environments. You will onboard/offboard users, manage licenses, and maintain AD, while creating self-help guides to reduce tickets.

The role involves hands-on hardware repair, printer and VoIP support, and basic network monitoring, with a focus on security and compliance. On-site work in Kentucky is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in end-user IT support or similar role.
• Expert-level knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS; iOS knowledge a plus.
• Experience with SaaS licenses and AD maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid-response end-user support via tickets, phone, and in-person for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Onboard and offboard users; provision hardware and manage Office 365 licenses; maintain AD.
• Create and maintain How-To guides to encourage self-service resolution.
• Troubleshoot and repair end-user hardware, printers, VoIP phones, and conference room AV gear as needed.
• Assist in monitoring local networks (LAN/WAN) and wireless access points.
