Job summary
La Frontera EMPACT - Suicide Prevention Center is seeking an IT Technician to support end-user hardware and software, troubleshoot issues, and maintain device security in a healthcare setting. The role requires on-site work in the Phoenix metro area, with after-hours on-call rotation and potential after-hours maintenance.
The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of desktop support, with knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office products, and networking
Qualifications
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of desktop support experience.
- Preference for CompTIA A+ certification and ITIL Foundation knowledge.
- Experience with Microsoft OS, Office, networking concepts; healthcare IT experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-tier IT support for end-users in-person, on-site, and remotely.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and document solutions in ITSM/OneNote.
- Manage end-user devices, telephony, and inventory; support security/compliance (AD, WSUS).
- Coordinate service replacements and on-call maintenance; communicate with stakeholders clearly.
