Job summary

TEKsystems in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver first-line IT support to associates onsite. The role blends desk-side desktop support and service desk tasks, with on-call responsibilities and a weekly rotation.

You will document issues, troubleshoot, and resolve requests while maintaining clear communication and adhering to SLAs. On-site daily, hours Mon-Fri 8a to 5p PT, with on-call stipend.

Qualifications

• Provide first-line IT support to associates.
• Document, troubleshoot, and research issues to resolution.
• Focus on customer experience and timely resolution of requests.
• On-call rotation and onsite work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support.
• Document all work and escalate as needed.
• Operate within defined standards and SLAs.
• Maintain timely communication with customers.
• Perform tasks on special projects.
• Handle weekly on-call rotation (approximately every 6 weeks).
