Job summary

TekStream Solutions is seeking Desktop Support professionals to provide onsite technical support for Windows and Mac laptops, mobile devices, monitors, and printers in Atlanta, GA. This long-term contract role is onsite during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot Windows and macOS, manage imaging and configuration of devices, and demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac (macOS) as well as mobile devices (iOS and Android).
• Experience imaging and configuring Windows and Mac devices.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for Windows and Mac laptops, mobile devices, monitors, printers, and other equipment.
• Onsite work in Atlanta, GA during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.
• Collaborate with team to resolve hardware and software issues.
