Job summary

FirstPRO 360 is seeking a Service Desk Specialist for an onsite role in Atlanta, GA. The position focuses on Office365 support, software/hardware support, and general IT assistance.

You will join a growing company with a reputation for long-tenured, happy employees, and you’ll work a schedule from 8am to 5pm EST, five days a week, onsite. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of IT support experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with Active Directory, VPN, M365, Word, and PDF tasks.

Qualifications

• Great customer service and relationship skills. Ability to handle moderate to high call volume each day.
• Strong Tier 1 and Tier 2 experience - Active Directory, VPN, M365, etc.
• Strong experience w MS Word and Adobe PDF manipulations, redacting/deleting pages, etc.
• 3+ years’ IT support experience overall.
• Pass Drug and Background Check.
• Personal vehicle to go in the office 5 days a week.
