Job summary

RSUI Group, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to join our onsite IT team. You will provide responsive support for end-user hardware, software, and services to keep people productive.

You will triage incidents via ServiceNow, assist with installs and configurations, document resolutions, and collaborate with teammates. This role emphasizes customer service and offers growth in enterprise IT skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent business experience required.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM/ticketing platform.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID.
• Familiarity with endpoint/software deployment tools (Intune, SCCM, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to end-user desktop or mobile support requests and provide professional customer service.
• Monitor ServiceNow queue and prioritize/resolve tickets per guidelines.
• Install or assist with hardware and peripheral components.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic hardware/software issues.
• Document problems, requests, and resolutions in ServiceNow.
• Escalate major issues to the appropriate IT team with details for handoff.
• Instruct users on equipment and software usage; follow up to ensure resolution.
