Amazon Inc. is seeking an IT Support Associate II for the Ops Tech Solutions (OTS) team to resolve technical problems across Amazon Operations facilities within a defined geographic area.

You will support diverse IT infrastructure, train new hires, and continually learn new technologies to improve service delivery. The role involves lifting up to 49 lbs, standing for shifts up to 12 hours, and travel within the local/regional area.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems support.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
• Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
