Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an IT Support Associate II for the Ops Tech Solutions (OTS) team in the Philadelphia area. You will support operations facilities across a defined geographic region, resolve technical issues, and help keep equipment and networks running smoothly.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, training new hires, and ongoing learning of new technologies. The position may require lifting up to 49 pounds, standing for extended periods, and local travel to support

Qualifications

1+ year of Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems support.
Ability to troubleshoot integrated and interdependent computer systems.
Experience in a dynamic environment with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities.
Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
Assisting in training new hires.
Continuously learning new technologies.
Supporting customers from multiple buildings and remote locations.
Moving up to 49 lbs and standing/walking up to 12 hours per shift.
Traveling within local or regional area to support customers.
