Job summary

Amazon Ops Tech Solutions is seeking an IT Support Associate II to support the operations team, troubleshoot IT equipment, and maintain systems across facilities. You will participate in training new hires and continuously learn new technologies.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to work across multiple buildings, and physical stamina to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts as part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Allocation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handles support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assist in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Ability to support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
