Job summary

Amazon’s Operations IT team seeks an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations group across multiple facilities in a defined geographic area, addressing technical problems and supporting timely, reliable service.

You will troubleshoot IT equipment, handle support requests, and train new hires while traveling locally to support customers. Shifts may rotate between days/nights and last up to 12 hours.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk during long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Travel within local/regional area to support customers.
• Shift rotations between front-half/back-half days/nights.
