Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an IT Support Associate II to support its operations facilities. The role involves troubleshooting IT equipment, handling service requests, and assisting in onboarding new hires across a defined geographic area.

Qualifications

Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
High degree of customer service in a dynamic environment.
1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment across Amazon Operations facilities.
Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
Assisting in training new hires.
Continuous learning of new technologies.
Supporting customers from multiple buildings and remote locations.
Move and lift up to 49 lbs and stand for long shifts (up to 12 hours).
Travel within local/regional area to support customers.
