Qualifications

Responsibilities

Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
Handle support requests and procedural tasks across the network.
Assist in training new hires and ongoing learning of new technologies.
Support customers across multiple buildings and remote sites.
Collaborate with teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Move/lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
