Job summary

Amazon Operations Technology Solutions is hiring an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team in resolving technical problems across Amazon facilities. You will support a defined geographic area spanning multiple disciplines and contribute to rapid, reliable service for internal customers.

You will allocate and troubleshoot IT equipment, help train new hires, travel within your local region, and continually learn new technologies to keep systems running smoothly across buildings.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts, with flexibility to travel within local/ regional area.

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continual learning of new technologies.
• Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
• Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
