Job summary

Amazon IT Support Associate II at OPS Tech Solutions is responsible for supporting the operations team by resolving technical problems across Amazon facilities. You will troubleshoot IT equipment, handle requests, and assist in training new hires while continually learning new technologies.

The role involves supporting multiple buildings and remote customers, with local/regional travel and the ability to lift up to 49 lbs during shifts up to 12 hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Customer service in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment in Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests across the network and procedures.
• Assist in training new hires and continuous learning of new technologies.
• Support customers from multiple buildings and remote locations.
• Travel within local/region to support customers.
