Amazon’s OpsTech IT is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team in resolving technical problems across a range of IT disciplines within an Amazon Operations facility. You will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience supporting Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems.
• Customer service experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Allocation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities
• Handle support requests and procedures across the network
• Assist in training new hires
• Continuously learn new technologies
• Support customers from multiple buildings and remote sites
• Move up to 49 lbs and stand/walk 10–12 hours as needed
