Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring an IT Support Associate II for Ops Tech Solutions (OTS) within OpsTech IT. You will support the operations team across multiple technical disciplines in an Amazon Operations facility and participate in career development opportunities as part of the role.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, customer service, and continuous learning, with responsibilities spanning equipment maintenance, training, and cross-building support in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with strong customer service.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts (up to 12 hours).
• Ability to support customers from multiple buildings and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assist in training new hires.
• Continuously learn new technologies.
• Support customers from multiple buildings in the area, and remote customers.
• Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk for 10-12 hours.
