Amazon is hiring an IT Support Associate II to back the Operations team. You will resolve technical problems across a variety of disciplines within an Amazon Operations facility, with opportunities for career development and advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows, macOS or Linux in a facility environment.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco/CCNA or AWS are relevant.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and work 12-hour shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment in Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests across the network and document resolutions.
• Assist in training new hires and sharing knowledge with the team.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve operations.
• Support customers across multiple buildings and remote locations.
