Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an IT Support Associate II at our Stockton, CA facility to assist the operations team by troubleshooting and resolving IT issues across Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.

You will support training of new hires, handle requests across the network, and adapt to a fast-paced environment while contributing to reliable, customer-focused service. Starting pay ranges are discussed on Day 1, with competitive benefits and a casual dress code.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• High level of customer service in a dynamic environment.
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems support experience or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Allocation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handles support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assist in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
