Job summary

Liebherr USA Co. is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the onsite IT Support team at the Tupelo location. You will manage staff, oversee hardware/software lifecycles, and coordinate onboarding/offboarding in alignment with corporate security standards.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic budgeting, and collaboration with network and systems teams to ensure reliable uptime and compliant IT operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a management position leading technical personnel.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree as stated in qualifications, or equivalent experience.
• Experience across IT support, asset management, and lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support leadership and manage local IT staff across sites.
• Oversee asset management, procurement, and lifecycle for hardware software and licenses.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, AD accounts, and security policy compliance.
• Manage service desk operations, SLA adherence, and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with network and systems teams on infrastructure tasks and projects.
