Job summary

Manna is hiring an IT Support Lead to own IT support and infrastructure for our growing U.S. operations. Based on-site in Tulsa, OK, you’ll be the local point of contact for hardware, software, network and systems issues, collaborating with the central IT Ops team in Ireland.

You’ll help build strong local knowledge as new U.S. sites come online and will manage a small on-site team as our U.S. operations expand, coordinating contractors and vendors for site work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure roles.
• Strong track record supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Solid networking fundamentals: routing, switching, VPNs, and troubleshooting connectivity.
• Experience with Unifi devices and hands-on hardware (HP, Dell).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Comfortable managing edge devices (e.g., Raspberry Pi) for remote monitoring.
• Knowledge of AWS Cognito or similar identity services is a plus.
• Excellent communication across time zones with a remote IT team.
• Willingness to travel to other U.S. sites as operations grow.
• Senior on-site technical presence with good judgment on escalation.
• Experience mentoring a small technical team.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT support at the Tulsa site, as first point of contact for hardware, software, network and systems issues.
• Lead and mentor a small on-site IT support team as U.S. headcount grows.
• Deploy and maintain standardized site infrastructure and security measures.
• Set up user accounts, provision hardware, and manage endpoint security.
• Troubleshoot network, connectivity, and cellular site-link issues; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with local vendors, ISPs, and contractors on-site.
