Job summary

TKO StaffPros LLC in Tupelo, MS is seeking an IT Support Administrator to provide hands-on technical support to employees and help manage the company’s computer systems, hardware, software, and IT infrastructure. You will troubleshoot issues, configure devices, support Office apps, manage Active Directory accounts, assist with VPN and video conferencing, and collaborate with network teams.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, networking, and IT systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support via tickets, phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, workstation, and network issues.
• Install, image, configure and maintain computers, printers, and mobile devices.
• Support Office apps and maintain Active Directory accounts.
• Assist with VPN accounts, video conferencing, and room tech.
• Support network and systems teams with installs, testing, and infrastructure projects.
• Perform DNS, DHCP, VLANs troubleshooting.
• Assist with server room and IT infrastructure maintenance.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and technical documentation.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and equipment management.
• Follow IT security standards and protect confidential company information.
