Job summary

TKO StaffPros LLC in Tupelo, MS is hiring an IT Support Administrator to provide hands-on technical support to employees and to maintain the company’s computer systems, hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.

You will handle onsite service desk tickets, troubleshoot devices and networks, image and deploy computers, support Office applications, create AD accounts, and assist with VPN, video conferencing, and on-site projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field with relevant experience; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, networking, and IT systems.
• Microsoft, A+, Server+, Network+, or Security+ certifications are preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to travel occasionally with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support through service desk tickets, phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, workstation, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, image, and maintain computers, laptops, tablets, printers, phones, and mobile devices.
• Support Microsoft Office and other business applications.
• Create and maintain Active Directory user and computer accounts.
• Assist with VPN accounts, conference room technology, and video conferencing systems.
• Support network and systems teams with equipment installation, maintenance, testing, and onsite infrastructure projects.
• Perform network troubleshooting involving DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with server room and IT infrastructure maintenance.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and technical documentation.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account and equipment management.
• Follow IT security standards and protect confidential company information.
