Job summary

Manna is hiring an IT Support Lead to own IT support and infrastructure for its growing U.S. operations.

Based on-site in Tulsa, OK, you will be the primary local contact for hardware, software, networks, and systems issues and work closely with the central IT Ops team in Ireland. In this player-manager role, you will also manage a small on-site IT team, set priorities, mentor staff, and coordinate contractors for site-specific work while ensuring secure, reliable operations across multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure roles.
• Experience with Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong networking fundamentals: routing, switching, VPNs, and connectivity issues.
• Hands-on with Unifi and general hardware experience (HP, Dell).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Comfortable managing edge devices like Raspberry Pi for remote monitoring.
• Knowledge of AWS identity services (Cognito) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication across time zones with a remote IT team.
• Willingness to travel to other U.S. sites as operation grows.
• Senior on-site presence with ability to mentor a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT support for Tulsa site, first point of contact for hardware, software, network, and systems issues.
• Lead and mentor a small on-site IT support team as U.S. headcount grows.
• Deploy and maintain standardized site infrastructure kits for new sites.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, provision hardware, and manage endpoint security.
• Diagnose network, connectivity, and cellular/site-link issues with escalation to Ireland as needed.
• Coordinate with local vendors, ISPs, and contractors on-site.
• Document site environments and recurring issues to avoid knowledge silos.
• Suggest security and resilience enhancements across U.S. sites in coordination with central IT Ops.
