Job summary

Manna is seeking an IT Support Lead to own IT support and infrastructure for its growing U.S. operations, based on-site in Tulsa, Oklahoma. You’ll be the primary local contact for hardware, software, network and systems issues, collaborating with the central IT Ops team in Ireland.

In this player-manager role, you’ll mentor a small on-site team, set priorities, coordinate vendors, and help scale our U.S. sites while maintaining security and operational resilience across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, systems administration or infrastructure roles.
• Strong Windows and macOS support experience.
• Solid networking fundamentals: routing, switching, VPNs.
• Hands-on with Unifi devices and general hardware knowledge.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Comfort with edge devices (e.g., Raspberry Pi) for remote monitoring.
• AWS Cognito knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Excellent cross-time zone communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience mentoring or leading a small IT team.
• Willingness to travel to other U.S. sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT support across Tulsa site, first point of contact for hardware, software, network and systems issues.
• Manage and mentor a small on-site IT team as U.S. headcount grows.
• Deploy and maintain standardized site infrastructure kits and configurations.
• Set up user accounts, provision hardware, and manage endpoint security.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity and cellular/site-link issues with escalation to Ireland.
• Coordinate with local vendors, ISPs and contractors on-site.
• Document site environments and recurring issues for knowledge sharing.
• Identify and surface security and resilience improvements across sites.
