Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting in multi-user, high-availability environments.

Responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting across hardware/software environments.
• Ensure infrastructure remains available during production hours.
• Provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous IT improvements.
• Manage local technical projects and document procedures.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.
• Support multiple buildings and remote customers; travel regionally.
