Amazon is seeking an IT Support Engineer I to implement technical solutions and provide high-quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software. You will troubleshoot straightforward problems, support IT infrastructure, and help drive continuous improvement in IT solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years professional IT experience in relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/Networking.
• 2+ years troubleshooting in multi-user HA environments.
• 2+ years networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, TCP/IP).
• 2+ years PC repair, deployment and liquidation experience.
• 1+ years IT client/server/network service delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for hardware, OS, and enterprise software.
• Troubleshoot standard IT issues and escalate as needed.
• Ensure infrastructure networks remain available during production hours.
• Assist with IT projects and policy creation.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.
• Travel up to 25% and move up to 49 lbs as required.
