Job summary

Immense Networks is seeking a Level One Technical Engineer to provide first-line IT support, troubleshoot issues, and grow technical skills. The role focuses on remote and on-site end-user support, device deployment, and ticket-based workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of IT support experience, foundational networking knowledge, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Foundational networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 Administration and Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and user management.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues at a basic level.
• Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding of users and device setup.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and system updates.
• Monitor and respond to support tickets promptly.
• Escalate complex issues to Level Two Engineers.
• Document steps, resolutions, and configurations.
• Maintain asset inventory and assist with equipment tracking.
• Support Microsoft 365 services such as Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
