Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Network Administrator to provide both onsite and remote IT support, resolving a wide array of issues with a customer‑focused approach. You will handle system updates, troubleshooting, and contribute to maintaining high IT service standards.

The role requires 5+ years in IT support, proficiency with Windows and Mac OS, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), and experience with M365/Azure, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and MSP environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Support or similar role.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Server 2012–2022.
• Experience with VM virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Experience supporting M365 and Azure.
• Strong firewall/VLAN/AP and VPN skills.
• MSP experience preferred.
• Active network certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues with minimal guidance.
• Address printer and standard business application issues.
• Troubleshoot line-of-business apps (SAGE ERP, QuickBooks) with vendor support.
• Handle server and network issues; act as escalation point for technicians.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
• Maintain high IT service quality for onsite and remote clients.
