You will troubleshoot complex issues, manage user accounts in Entra ID and Exchange Online, and document procedures for a consistent service experience.

The role requires a bachelor’s in IT or equivalent experience, 2+ years of IT support, and willingness to travel up to 10%. Proficiency with Windows 11/Office and enterprise tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience in IT support.
• Minimum 2 years of IT-related experience supporting PCs, mobile devices, and software.
• Experience assisting remote field personnel and providing tier-2 support.
• Proficient with Windows 11/Office and standard enterprise tools.
• Familiar with incident management processes and security basics.
• Willing to travel to remote sites (approx. 10%).

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated technical issues from the service desk with timely resolutions.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for PCs, mobile devices, iPads, and peripherals.
• Support remote field personnel via remote tools and phone, ensuring continuity.
• Manage software installations, configurations, and updates across the org.
• Administer user accounts, groups, and permissions in Entra ID and Exchange Online.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Assist onboarding/off-boarding with IT requirements and equipment.
• Identify trends and perform root cause analysis to reduce recurring issues.
• Contribute to EUC projects and IT leadership initiatives.
• Mentor Tier I support staff and ensure policy compliance.
