Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an IT Support Engineer I to implement technical solutions and provide high-quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications across sites in a defined geographical area.

You will troubleshoot straightforward problems, determine when to deviate from SOPs, and support customers from multiple buildings in the region, with travel in the local area.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience.
• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment environment.
• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience.
• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience.
• 2+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, TCP/IP) experience.
• 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience.
• 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience.
• High school or equivalent diploma.

Responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting, data cabling and systems administration.
• Ensuring infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours.
• Interacting with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions.
• Managing local technical projects.
• Maintaining or creating policies, procedures, and processes.
