• 1+ years of IT service delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting across software and hardware environments.
• Ensure infrastructure networks remain available during production hours.
• Provide analytical and technical assistance for IT solution improvements.
• Manage local technical projects.
• Create and maintain policies, procedures, and processes.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.
