Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an ITS Support Engineer to deliver on-site, high-quality technical support for Amazon’s corporate employees. You will diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues and act as a mentor for team members.

You’ll work with Amazonians across teams, ensuring secure, uninterrupted IT services and an excellent end-user experience in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM.
• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site, high quality, hands-on support diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Provide on-call support for high severity incidents and act as escalation point.
• Triage and elevate system or network outages to reduce downtime.
• Understand and execute change management in a high availability environment.
• Coordinate with partner teams and vendors on improvement projects and operations.
• Oversee IT asset inventories and documentation.
• Mentor peers and new team members on best practices.
• Keep knowledge of IT policies and latest technologies up to date.
