Job summary

Amazon’s ITS team seeks an on-site ITS Support Engineer to provide expert, end-to-end technical support for corporate Amazonians. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues on campus, guiding users and fostering productivity.

You will work with cross-functional teams, handle on-call incidents, and participate in change management in a high-availability environment while expanding your IT skills and staying aligned with Amazon's policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, TCP/IP).
• 2+ years of corporate Windows/Mac/Linux OS support.
• 2+ years in supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site, hands-on support diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Provide on-call support for high severity incidents and escalate as needed.
• Triage and elevate system or network outages to reduce downtime.
• Understand and execute change management in a high-availability environment.
• Collaborate with partner teams and vendors on improvement projects.
• Manage IT asset inventories and mentor peers.
