Amazon.com Services LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking an IT Support Engineer I to implement technical solutions and provide high-quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software across sites in the region.

You will troubleshoot and resolve straightforward issues, collaborate with management and staff, and contribute to IT infrastructure improvements while supporting local and remote customers.

Formación

• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
• 2+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, TCP/IP)
• 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment
• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience
• 2+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM
• High school or equivalent diploma

Responsabilidades

• Network engineering and troubleshooting across various software/hardware environments
• Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems are available during production hours
• Provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions
• Manage local technical projects
• Maintain or create policies, procedures, and processes
• Identify root-causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies
• Support customers from multiple buildings and remote locations
• Travel within local/regional area to support customers
