Amazon is seeking an IT Support Engineer I in the Daytona Beach area to deliver high-quality IT support for hardware, OS, and enterprise software across sites. You will troubleshoot straightforward issues, support ongoing operations, and help improve IT solutions.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma required.
• 2+ years of professional IT experience.
• 2+ years troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
• 2+ years networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI model, TCP/IP).
• 2+ years PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, liquidation experience.
• 1+ years IT client, server, network service delivery experience.
• Fluent in Cisco networking and either Linux and/or Microsoft.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Network engineering, data cabling, and systems administration across software/hardware environments.
• Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems are available during production hours.
• Provide analytical and technical assistance for IT solutions' continuous improvement.
• Manage local technical projects and create/update policies and processes.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.
• Assist customers from multiple buildings and remote sites; travel within local/region.
