Qualifications

1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience
1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
2+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP) experience
2+ years of corporate Windows/Mac/Linux OS support experience
2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment
Possess and maintain a current, valid Driver License

Responsibilities

Network engineering and troubleshooting across software/hardware environments
Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems are available during production hours
Provide analytical and technical assistance for IT solutions
Manage local technical projects
Create/maintain policies, procedures, and processes
Identify root-causes of operational issues and inefficiencies
Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours
Travel up to 25% of the time
