Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Engineer I, Ops Tech Solutions, to deliver high‑quality technical support for computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software across sites in Kentucky and the surrounding region.

You will troubleshoot straightforward problems, implement technical solutions, and collaborate with teams to improve IT solutions, infrastructure, and processes. Travel and standing/walking are part of shifts up to 12 hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional IT experience in a high-availability environment.
• 2+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SSL).
• 2+ years of PC repair, deployment and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT infrastructure support across multiple sites within a defined area.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, OS, and enterprise software issues.
• Manage local technical projects and standard operating procedures.
