Qualifications

1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience.
2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience.
2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience.
1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience.
2+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP) experience.
2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience.
High school or equivalent diploma.

Responsibilities

Network engineering, data cabling, and systems administration across software/hardware.
Keep infrastructure networking and computing systems available during production hours.
Provide analytical and technical support for continuous IT solution improvement.
Manage local technical projects.
Maintain policies, procedures, and processes.
Identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.
Move up to 49lbs; stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours; travel up to 25%.
