Qualifications

High school or equivalent diploma.
2+ years of professional experience.
2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
2+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, TCP/IP).
1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery.
Fluent in Cisco networking and either Linux and/or Microsoft.

Responsibilities

Network engineering and troubleshooting across varied software/hardware environments.
Ensure infrastructure networking and computers are available during production hours.
Provide analytical/technical assistance for IT solution improvements.
Manage local technical projects.
Maintain or create policies, procedures, and processes.
Identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.
Support customers from multiple buildings and travel regionally.
