Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Engineer I for Ops Tech Solutions in North Andover, MA. You will implement technical solutions and provide high-quality support for computer hardware, OS, and enterprise applications, troubleshooting routine problems and adhering to SOPs where applicable.

You will help ensure infrastructure availability, support cross-building customers, manage local projects, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of professional IT experience.
• 2+ years troubleshooting in multi-user, high-availability environments.
• 2+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SSL).
• 2+ years PC repair, deployment, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting across various software/hardware environments.
• Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems are available during production hours.
• Provide analytical and technical assistance for IT solutions and continuous improvement.
• Manage local technical projects and create/update policies/procedures.
• Travel within local/regional area to support customers; work shifts up to 12 hours.
