Qualifications

• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation.

Responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting across hardware/software environments.
• Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours.
• Provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous IT solutions improvement.
• Manage local technical projects.
• Create and maintain policies, procedures, and processes.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.
• Assist customers across buildings and remotely; travel locally as needed.
