Qualifications

• 1+ year of Windows Server technologies including AD/DFS/Print Services/SCCM.
• 2+ years troubleshooting in a multi-user high-availability environment.
• 2+ years PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation.
• 1+ years IT client/server and network service delivery experience.
• 2+ years networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, TCP/IP).
• 2+ years Windows/Mac/Linux OS support in a corporate setting.
• 2+ years supporting a corporate network environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting across software/hardware environments.
• Ensure infrastructure networks and computing systems remain available during production hours.
• Provide analytical and technical assistance for IT solutions.
• Manage local technical projects.
• Maintain or create policies, procedures and processes.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.
• Move up to 49 lbs and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
