Job summary

Amazon’s OpsTech IT team is looking for an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team in resolving technical problems within Amazon operations facilities across Georgia. You will help support IT infrastructure, troubleshoot systems, and contribute to project initiatives to improve service delivery.

The role emphasizes continuous learning, collaboration with multiple buildings, and onsite travel within the regional area.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience.
• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware, AWS, or other industry relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
• Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
