Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Engineer I in Tolleson, AZ to provide high-quality support for hardware, operating systems and enterprise software across sites in a defined geography. You will troubleshoot straightforward problems, implement technical solutions, and help maintain reliable IT services.

Responsibilities include network engineering and systems administration, collaborating with management, and managing local IT projects while supporting customers across buildings and regions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM
• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation
• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery
• 2+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP)
• 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support
• High school or equivalent diploma

Responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting across multiple software/hardware environments.
• Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours.
• Interact with management and staff to provide analytical/technical assistance for IT solutions.
• Manage local technical projects and maintain/ create policies and procedures.
• Identify root-causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies.
• Support customers from multiple buildings and travel within local/ regional area.
