Amazon.com Services LLC in Shreveport, LA is seeking an IT Support Engineer I to implement technical solutions and provide high-quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software across local sites.

You will troubleshoot straightforward issues, assist with network and systems administration, and participate in local technical projects while ensuring availability during production hours and supporting remote customers as needed.

Qualifications

1+ years of Windows Server technologies including AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM.
2+ years troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
2+ years PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience.
1+ years IT client, server, and network service delivery experience.
2+ years networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP).
2+ years Windows, Mac or Linux OS support in a corporate setting.
2+ years supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Network engineering and troubleshooting, data cabling and systems administration in diverse environments.
Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours.
Provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous IT improvements.
Manage local technical projects.
Maintain or create policies, procedures, and processes.
Identify root-causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.
Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk shifts up to 12 hours.
Support customers from multiple buildings and remote locations.
Travel within local or regional area to support customers.
