Qualifications

• 1+ year of Windows Server technologies experience (AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM).
• 2+ years troubleshooting in multi-user high availability environments.
• 2+ years PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
• 2+ years IT client/server/network service delivery experience.
• 2+ years networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, TCP/IP).
• 2+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support in a corporate setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting across diverse hardware environments.
• Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems are available during production hours.
• Provide analytical and technical assistance for IT solutions.
• Manage local technical projects.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and processes.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.
• Support multiple buildings and remote customers in the region.
• Travel within local/regional area to support customers.
