Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring an IT Support Engineer I for Ops Tech Solutions (OTS) in Oklahoma. You will implement technical solutions and provide high-quality support for hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software.

You will troubleshoot straightforward problems and help drive IT solutions across multiple buildings and remote sites. The role involves networking, systems administration, and incident resolution with travel within the local region.

Qualifications

1+ year Windows Server technologies experience (AD/DFS/Print/SCCM).
2+ years troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
2+ years PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation.
1+ years IT client, server, and network service delivery experience.
2+ years networking (DNS/DHCP/SSL/TCP/IP).
2+ years Windows/Mac/Linux OS support experience.
2+ years supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment.

Responsibilities

Network engineering and troubleshooting across diverse software/hardware environments.
Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems are available during production hours.
Provide analytical and technical assistance for IT solution improvements.
Manage local technical projects.
Maintain or create policies, procedures, and processes.
Identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.
Support customers across multiple buildings and remote locations.
Travel locally or regionally to support customers.
