gobravvo is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Tarpon Springs, FL. The role focuses on deploying, managing, and securing Windows servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and network infrastructures while collaborating with sales and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing communication, problem-solving skills, and a track record in MSP environments, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and growth within a dynamic team.

Formación

• Four+ years hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking gear, Windows servers, workstations, Exchange, and AD.
• Three+ years in a client-facing role such as sales engineering or MSP support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for business-level interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; proactive and reliable.

Responsabilidades

• Support pre- and post-sales activities, including discovery meetings, site visits, proposals, and technical assessments.
• Deploy and manage Windows Server and AD environments to ensure secure access to resources.
• Design LANs and implement network security measures to protect data.
• Build and deploy file servers and cloud solutions for data access and scalability.
• Configure VOIP solutions and manage Exchange for reliable email services.
• Troubleshoot network infrastructure and respond to escalated requests.
• Monitor systems and respond to alerts per guidelines.
