Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment and Windows servers/workstations.
• Experience with Exchange server and Active Directory essential.
• Strong communication for client interactions and issue resolution.
• Experience in MSP or managed services environment valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre- and post-sales technical support including site visits, proposals, and assessments.
• Deploy and manage Windows Server, AD, and related services.
• Design and support LANs, network security, and cloud/file server solutions.
• Configure VOIP and phone systems; troubleshoot network issues.
